You’ve been trying to figure out what’s happening to your body for a while now.
The tiredness, the mood swings, the brain fog, the weight that just won’t shift — it’s confusing and frustrating. You’ve read the articles, tried the supplements, maybe even blamed yourself for not having enough willpower. But here’s the truth: this isn’t about trying harder, it’s about understanding what your body needs now.

You’re in perimenopause, and while your body is changing, this can also be your turning point. You don’t have to keep feeling stuck or out of control. With the right support and a few simple shifts, you can feel energised, confident, and back in charge of your wellbeing.
You can take this moment and make it yours.

Hi, I’m Carly. For years, I juggled work, family, and the endless to-do list, wondering why I felt so unlike myself. My energy dipped, my confidence wobbled, and no amount of “trying harder” seemed to help. It wasn’t until I began to understand what was really happening in my body that things started to shift.

As a teacher for over 15 years and someone with a Master’s in Nutrition, I’ve spent my career helping others learn and grow. But it was going through perimenopause myself that truly changed how I see wellbeing. I realised that small, consistent changes — the kind that fit into real life — can make a huge difference.
Now, I help women in this stage feel vibrant, confident, and in control again, using the same tools and gentle approach that helped me. Because you don’t need to overhaul your life to feel like yourself again. You just need the right support, and someone who understands what it’s like to be where you are.
.

Working with me isn’t about strict rules or quick fixes. It’s about slowing down, tuning in, and finding what truly works for you. Together, we take things one small, steady step at a time, so the changes you make actually last.
You’ll feel supported, not judged. Encouraged, not rushed. I’ll help you make sense of what’s happening in your body and show you simple ways to bring back your energy and confidence, even on the busiest days.

This is your time to take back control, to feel strong, and to glow again — with someone who genuinely understands what you’re going through.
If you’re ready to start feeling more like yourself again, I’d love to help you take that first step.

Take a breath. You’re not the only one who feels this way. So many women reach this stage of life wondering why their energy, confidence, or sense of control seems to have slipped away. It’s not that you’re doing anything wrong, and you’re certainly not broken. Your body is simply changing, and it’s asking for a little more care and attention than before.
The truth is, you don’t need to overhaul your entire life to start feeling like yourself again. Small, consistent shifts can make a world of difference. Bit by bit, you can feel vibrant, confident, and in control again, in a way that fits your real life.
You’re in the right place. There is another way forward, and it starts with giving yourself permission to slow down, breathe, and begin.

This is a space where you can exhale, ask questions, and start feeling like yourself again — with someone who genuinely understands what you’re going through.
Beyond the science and the small steps, I care deeply about helping women feel at home in their own bodies again. I believe wellbeing should feel kind, not punishing, and that progress is built on compassion, not perfection.
I’m all for slow mornings, honest conversations, and celebrating the tiny wins that often go unnoticed. I’m done with guilt, quick fixes, and the idea that you have to do everything perfectly to feel good.
When I’m not supporting women through this stage of life, you’ll probably find me moonlighting as a taxi driver for my kids, cheering from the side of a football pitch, or in the kitchen baking something comforting. I love long walks, a good fantasy book, and the occasional cold swim that makes me feel alive again.
Because life isn’t meant to be managed, it’s meant to be lived — with energy, ease, and a little joy along the way
